Same-day delivery is available in Stockton, Lathrop, and French Camp for orders placed before 10:00 AM. Next-day delivery covers Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Modesto, Elk Grove, and all of San Joaquin County. Emergency deliveries can often be arranged within 2-4 hours.

How many porta potties do I need for my event or construction site?

For construction sites, OSHA requires 1 toilet per 20 workers for a 40-hour week. For events, plan 1 porta potty per 50 guests for up to 4 hours. Add 1 additional unit per 100 guests for longer events. If alcohol is served, increase by 20%.

Are your porta potties ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our ADA accessible porta potty units meet all federal ADA requirements and California state regulations. Features include ground-level entry with no steps, reinforced grab bars on all walls, a 60-inch turning radius for wheelchairs, lower toilet seat height, and non-slip flooring.

Do I need a permit to place a porta potty on my property in Stockton?

On private property such as construction sites, residential driveways, and private event venues, no permit is typically required. However, if you plan to place units on public property like sidewalks, streets, or public parks in Stockton, you may need a permit from the City of Stockton Public Works Department.

How often are porta potties serviced and cleaned during rental?

Standard construction rentals include weekly servicing: waste pump-out, interior deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectant, deodorizer application, and restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. For high-traffic events or large construction crews, we offer twice-weekly or daily servicing at additional cost.

What is the best type of porta potty for a wedding in Stockton?

For weddings in Stockton, we recommend our luxury restroom trailers or deluxe flushable units. Luxury trailers feature flushing porcelain toilets, running water sinks with soap dispensers, mirrors, LED lighting, climate control, and elegant interior finishes.

Can I rent a porta potty for just one day or weekend?

Absolutely. We offer flexible rental periods including single-day, weekend (Friday-Monday), weekly, and monthly options. Weekend event rentals for weddings, parties, and festivals start at $185 including delivery, setup, pickup, and one cleaning.

Where can I place a porta potty on my construction site or property?

Porta potties should be placed on firm, level ground to prevent tipping. Ideal placement is within 50 feet of the work area or event space for easy access, but within 25 feet of a service road for our pump truck. Avoid placing units in low-lying areas that may flood during rain.

What happens to the waste from porta potties?

All waste is pumped out by our certified technicians during weekly service visits and transported to licensed wastewater treatment facilities in San Joaquin County, in full compliance with EPA and California state regulations. We use environmentally safe, biodegradable chemicals in all units.

Do you offer luxury restroom trailers for upscale events?

Yes, our luxury restroom trailers are the premium choice for weddings, corporate events, VIP areas, and upscale gatherings throughout Stockton and the Central Valley. Our trailers feature flushing porcelain toilets, stainless steel sinks with running hot and cold water, soap dispensers, paper towel holders, large mirrors, LED lighting, and climate-controlled interiors.

Are there any hidden fees in your porta potty rental pricing?

No. We believe in completely transparent pricing. Your quote includes delivery, setup, pickup, and weekly servicing (for long-term rentals). We do not charge fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or administrative fees. The only additional costs would be for extra cleanings beyond the standard schedule.

How far in advance should I book a porta potty rental?

For standard construction rentals, 2-3 days notice is usually sufficient. For events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May through October). For luxury restroom trailers, book 4-6 weeks ahead as inventory is limited.

Do you provide hand wash stations and sanitization equipment?

Yes, we offer standalone hand wash stations that pair perfectly with any porta potty rental. Each station includes a foot-pump operated sink, soap dispenser, and paper towel holder. For events requiring enhanced hygiene, we also offer hand sanitizer stands and 2-station hand wash sinks with dual basins.
